Title : NAPFA TEST.



Today is my first day going to S&W and I know it's pathetic. :) I did my napfa test and finished it today and I'm relieved now.
  • 2.4KM Run - 16 minutes.

  • Sit-Ups - 37 times

  • Standing Broad Jump - 145 (This one so bad)

  • Shuttle Run - 12.++ (HAHA)

  • Inclined Pull Up - 11 times

  • Sit & Reach - 30+

Wasn't that good actually but I happy with the result because all this while, I never do a proper exercise, you see and when the first time I do it, I quite shocked that I get Silver for 2.4KM Run. HAHA! Thanks Alvin for holding my hand and ran together and finished it. You're so sweeeet. :D

  • Mummy, you look freaking cute when running. SERIOUS SIA!

  • Fizah, well done! You get GOLD for 2.4KM Run! :D
  • Fazlianah, you're so strong to finish all the 5 station and the run. Unbelievable! I love you to bits!
